Today was actually very cool !!! Why ??? because our trainer Ryan did this WOD with our group. There were five of us and this is what we did .
12 walbalz ( I used 10 lb ball)
12 overhead squats with the ball
12 ball slams
12 burpee's
X5 rounds
my time 13:18
Yeahhhh I finished last and the master was under 10 min. Yayyy Ryan !!!
But At Hardlines we compete against ourselves .
Looking to best our own times.

The warm up was
10 roll backs
20 toe touch
20 lunges
15 pull ups
20 situps
and now my BUTT hurts !!! Crushed by the WOD ! ahahahahaha
