Todays workout at Hardline

I'm feeling great !!!!! yeah I'm lying... Ha!!
Started with a warm up of 50 air squats (below parallel), then 50 jumping jacks.
Stretching, then the clock started.
Did 10 min of jump roping
20 Burpees
3,000m row on setting 10
20 Burpees
2,000m row
47 min .
Yayyy me !
