While the guys were able to get 13's and 14+ on their amrap, and the weight they use is heavier, I however being twice or more their age managed to get half as many as the best !
What did I do??
5 Deadlifts 85lbs
10 knee to elbow ( almost to the elbow) closer.......
15 AM KettleBell Swings w 35lb
5 hands up pushups
yes it took me the full 20 min to do 7 rounds and did the deadlifts to start an 8th.
The big dogs !? yeah they are awesome! and I get to run with them !
The warm up !!! almost forgot
10 roll backs
20 toe touch
20 lunges
10 push ups
20 situps
I feel great !!!
But wondering whats going to hurt by tomorrow?
No matter Friday WODS are usually the best of the week !
