keep on trying

Well today was somewhat a disappointment, but also success.
After the warmup this is the WOD

25 Double unders which I still can not even do two in a row !

25 Pull ups, and I am still using a helper band! disappointment #2

25 wallball situps. I used a 10lb ball rather than 16 for RX

long sigh..............

I finished
4 rounds in about 21:30 seconds
It was capped at 20 min.
