We did three rounds and then total score of all reps
This 53 yr old did 222 for total.
YES I want to do this again !!!
Well not tonight but what a fun workout.
So not too shabby for an old lady.
Best part is ? !!! get this ! When I began Crossfit about two 1/2 months ago I could not do a single box jump. My trainer and coach Ryan set up the multi height boxes and I stepped on them one at a time.
But Tonight !!! Tonight !!! my first round I jumped 25 times , then 15, then another 25 !!!
and did not use the smallest box either.
I 'm feeling soo good.
That's why I'm writing this now, tomorrow my body may be speaking a different language.
