Good workout though. Started with jump roping with daughter Cassia. Yes together, in the same rope.I think we get folks to lighten up when we come in. Lots of smiles once we get going and are talking insults back n forth~~ HA!
So after a warm up of jump rope, pistol squats, ( I am doing these with the aid of a sky hook) aka the climbing rope.
20 pull ups and still using an aid with these as well. But one day ONE FINE DAY !!! I will be doing them all on my own.
First we did a 5X5 for dead lifts then a 2max rep.
My new max PR for deadlifts is 235 ...that was heavy !!!
Then back squats did 7 with 85, another 7 with 85, then a 2max rep with 165.
Tried some cleans and could do 85, but when I tried 105 I just could not get under it....DUHHHH funny in Nov I could do 105 but not this day.
