Doing it proved to be a real challenge !!!!!!!!!
Started with warm up of 2 min jump rope
20 pull ups, assisted of course, because I'm a weakling still.
Then some stretching.
Then the clock starts...
4 sit press with 35lb bar
25 AM Kettle Bell swings
4 KB Windmills each side
25 AM kettle Bell swings
4 Rounds
Complete in 21 min...........
Whew !!!
