
I weigh180lbs...yes shamefully admitted here, but there it is, and I am just 5'2".
So here is the WOD I completed
6 back squats body weight ( 180lbs)
50 pull ups modified ( i use a leg strap)
100 jump ropes
10 bench dips
for 3 rounds.
Total time 20:20
so how much total weight did I move ??
squats 180 x 18 = 3,240 lbs
then factor in I pulled up my own weight 150 times ...
yeah I moved some TONNAGE !!!
Time to be serious with food choices.
