Todays workout at Hardline 2/28

Started with some stretching
Then the warm up
20 sumo leg kicks (These are fun actually)
50 scissor kicks holding a 10 lb plate
20 under the fence / over the fence ( this also is new and FUN)
5 pull ups

then the WOD
21 deadlifts 135lbs
21 AM Kettle Bell swings 35 lbs
21 pull ups

15 dead lifts 135lbs
15 AM Kettle Bell swings 35lbs
15 pull ups

9 Dead lifts 135lbs
9 AM Kettle Bell swings 35 lbs
9 pull ups
