1st the warm up
20 air squars
20 burpees
20 wall ballz 12lb ball
10 roll backs
20 leg swings
The work out !!!
10 each side lunges with 20 lb Kettlebell, with arm extended the fulltime, and a full press on the down .
15 burpees
20 wall ballz 12 lb ball
30 russian twists with the 12 lb ball
X 4 rounds
Complete in 23:04
and yes I dropped onto my back and created the most beautiful sweat body print !!!
