Here's the deal.
My time with FRAN was terrible. I disappointed myself with not pushing and instead got wimpy.
The worst crossfit attitude ever.
The ugly truth
warm up
80 jumprope
20 roll overs
20 jump toe touch
20 air squats
10 burpees
and FRAN........
21-15-9
what this means???
21 Thrusters, 21 pullups
15 Thrusters 15 pullups
9 Thrusters 9 pullups
Thrusters with 55lbs
pullups with green band
8min 3 seconds
should be under five min
should be using at lease 65lbs
should NOT be using a band for pullups
After completing this , I tried the 65lb bar and could get near below parallel
also did 5 in a row with the small blue band...
Soooo !!!
YEAH had I push myself harder I would have done better.
Next time then for sure
