Monday AMRAP


Sooooo yes today was 15 min. AMRAP
What the heck is it??? As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 min
the challenges????
10 Sumo High Pulls w 65lbs
10 wall Ballz 12 lb ball
10 pushups
5 ea. Turkish get ups w 20 lbs

I completed 4 rounds !!! and everything hurts...but I feel GREAT HA!!! NOT

In actuality I feel like barfing.
You know that lump at the base of your throat and you just know that the right thot, noise, or drink of water is going to provoke the waves of retching ...
Positive thots....
I will not retch, I will not retch ...

I just did the math and wow I moved some tonnage !!!
10 high pulls at 65 lbs X 4 is 2600 lbs !!!
10 wall ballz with a 12 lb ball X4 is another 480 lbs
then 10 turkish get ups with 20 lbs X4 is an additional 800 lbs
add to that my body weight in push ups...sloppy push ups but well thats approx
Four thousand + lbs...

yeah that's some TONNAGE all right !!!
