Heavy Stuff today

Ohhhh Kayyyyy Peeps !!!

Yeah we did some heavy stuff today and although I feel weak as a kitten and shaky all over I know I am more powerfull than EVER !!!

The warm up included
15 Air Squats
10 Burpees
15 Roll Backs
15 Air squats
20 Leg swings
20 inside leg swings

The workout !!!
PR Personal Record 1,000m Row 4:16
Bench Press 3X2 at 65 lbs ( thats 20 reps three times)
KettleBell Wind Mill 2X10 Thats 10 each arm twice using 15 up and 20 down
KettleBell High Pull 2X10 Thats 10 each arm twice with 25lb bell
GHD situps 2X10
Last STOT Press 2X10 thats 10 reps twice using 15lb bar

All done !!!
All shaky
Proud of myself !
Cuz I am 53 !!! and wonder a year from now how much stronger I will be !
WOW !!!
