
Fridays WOD was fun. Although I did not use the weight that some others were able mine weren't too shabby either !
Ok the warm up was much the same as all week.
20 sumo leg kicks
50 scissor kicks with 35lb plate
jump rope
400 m row
pullups. I can now do 20 with the green band only needed five for the warm up but I want to move to the blue band.
The WOD
7 Thrusters with 45 lb
7 pushups
7 snatch with the 45 lb bar
7 sit ups with 25 lb plate
for 7 rounds
yep completed it in 19 min 16 sec.
I should add that I am now 29 lbs lighter than my heaviest point.
whew!!! keep going , have to just keep going !!
