Pushing on

I should be stronger than this by now !!!!
UGHHHHH I will keep trying, I will keep trying, I will keep trying

Yesterdays victories are just that yesterday...I'm moving forward...slowly ...oh so slowly.

20 burpees and no they aren't any prettier than last November.

20 pushups ohhh and about pushups. I forced myself to NOT do these on my knees any more. I do land on my tummy most of the time, but have completed a few nicely. and I have some floor mat scuffs on my nose to prove it ! Hahahaha
8 toe to bar yeahhh rightttt for me I got my toes just above tummy level...but one day !!! I'm going to touch that bar with my toes and HOLLAR !!!!
8 turkish get ups 4 each side with 20 lb KB
5 pull ups with lite blue help strap
and 10 bench dips

Complete in 19min 55 seconds

nothing more to say here except yeah a LONG way to go !!!
