
The warm up was a bit different for this week
10 roll backs
15 jumping jacks...made me feel like a kid Ha!!!
20 high knee jumps
20 leg swings
1 min shoulder stretch with the red band
10 pull ups whoops I did 20
and 20 air squats
then the WOD !!!
10 sumo high pulls with 65 lbs
80 jump ropes because I still can not do double unders , DRAT !!!
X 7 for time
my time for this 12:27
then the after WOD
cinderblock farmers walk to the stop sign and back ( 175 m)
20 AM KB swings with 35 lb bell.

oh believe me Cathy D , Nick C and I wanted to QUIT after the first round.
Those blocks weigh 40lbs each !!! and we had one in each hand . can you picture that ?!
But nope we pushed on !!! YES we did and finished both rounds !!!
amazing what we can do with the right encouragement to keep going.
