Then some dead lifts.....
10 , 8,4 and 2 ending with 175
Then went for PR adding weight several lifts till I reached 255
YES 255 lbs...I went for 265 but just couldn't lock it out.
Next time for sure !!!
happy with 255 . bested my last pr of 235 from a few months ago.
300 here I come !!!
