Bkfst was hardboiled eggs, one with yolk, two without.
1 slice whole grain toast
1 cup english bkfst tea, my vitamins and out the door.
Worked six hours
Then to Hardlines for a workout.
Oh yeah got an ice coffee, dark, one sugar.
Today easy day.
7 deadlifts 135lbs
12 hands up pushups
80 jump rope jumps...if I could do double unders !! Drat I need to make practice time.

The real challenge here? Not to eat all the wrong things , and to not eat it fast...
