1st Power Snatch for this old lady YEAH !!!

Ahhhh YES I Have the Power !!!

Did my first ever power snatch
Well many of them actually

The warm up was
10 roll backs
25 air squats
25 situps
some band stretching

Then 5 min practice technique on power snatch with just the bar
& 25 Overhead squats with 35 lb bar

The WOD
5 Hang Cleans 45lbs
5 Power Snatch 35lbs
10 hands up push ups
80 jump ropes (single) , Still can not master the elusive Double Under
X5
Time to complete 11:28

Another Paleo successful dietary day as well.
