Great start to a new week
While yes I lost some strength from my three months off , I have no doubt I will get it back and more soon enough.

7 pull ups (black band)

I am also doing my best to follow the paleo diet guidelines
So far so good five days in a row. The only exception is I continue to include some dairy.
Not ready to give up my yogurt, and may not ever be.
