Well now today's workout was different. Fun even
the warm up included
10 roll backs
some band stretching
then 8X4 of feet banded with bands and right to left leg extensions. 8 to the right, then 8 to the left X4
Then 8X4 of knee ups with the bands still on. 8 each leg X4
Then work on one of our three month goals
My goals for the 3 month mark
1 300 lb Dead lift
2 Unassisted Pull Up
3 Double Unders
Today I was able to get 245 for DL
Now the WOD
Modified of course
3 seated box jumps, 3 squats on box
3 each side Turkish Get Ups I used 10lbs
12 horizontal ball jumps
12 Burpee to ball jump
X3 rounds
Complete in 12:48
Paleo diet still in tact
