My goals for the 3 month mark

3 Double Unders
Today I was able to get 245 for DL

3 seated box jumps, 3 squats on box
3 each side Turkish Get Ups I used 10lbs
12 horizontal ball jumps
12 Burpee to ball jump
X3 rounds
Complete in 12:48
