Captains Log March 14th 2011

The 12 count down !!!
After warm ups of
Lunges with 10lb plate 20 of them
20 sumo leg kicks
20 over the fence under the fence
20 leg extension swings

and LOTS of stretching I worked with Julie on her PR Dead lifts
She completed 190 and I went one for one with her...
Then cleans and she did 80lbs and also I did one for one. Yayyy Julie !!

Now for the workout !
12 AM KettleBell Swings with 35 lb Bell
12 knee to elbow and I am ALMOST there sooo close today !!!
12 pushups
12 situps with 25 lb plate
12 pull ups

Then count down
11 of the same round
10 of the same round
9 of the same round
till one of each.........

and YES harder than it seems...

All said and done in 32 min...
