
Today we did the Spartan 300 WOD
The same workout that the guys from the movie trained on.
After a few things to warm up ....This is what I completed
25 Pull ups
50 Dead Lifts with 95lbs
50 push ups
50 Box Jumps
50 Floor Wipers Holding the barbell of 95lbs
50 Single arm Kettle Bell Clean and Press 20lb bell
25 more pull ups !!!
All done in 16:34
