Soooo I did the stretching, and the warm up, and the WOD
But when it came to asking someone to time me for the extra challenge, I slunk out the door and to my car and drove off.
Regret....regret ....regret !!!!
What's the secret to pushing myself out of the comfort zone???
I had the energy, I was well warmed up, and could have completed it.
Sooo whats my problem then???
