New Week New WOD

Okayyy people while I did not look quite like this , I sure felt it on round 4. hahahaha !!!

When I walked into Hardlines, some were already warming up...soooo yeah a quick stretch and our Fearless Leader set up a weight bar for me and hit the clock and OFF!!! we went !!!

Run to the stop sign and back 175 m
10 push press 65 lbs.
20 sit ups
10 push ups
20 flutter kicks
X6
yes folks six rounds
so at round 4 I was panting and slowing down...but not giving up and no jogging either .
I ran .
on round 5 my pushups were so sloppy and I hugged the floor ...often !
On round six ...whooo second wind and completed it in 21 min flat !

then I did the warm up...
Ha!!! yeah
10 roll backs
20 toe touch
10 burpees
15 pull ups
10 push ups.

home and feeling like I could do it all over again...
whats up with that?!!!
